At SKYNT, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order processing

Once an order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it for dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during promotional periods may require additional processing time. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once the order has been placed.

Shipping locations

SKYNT currently delivers to serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability depends on courier partner coverage and accessibility of the destination. You can verify serviceability by entering your PIN code during checkout.

International shipping will be available from 2027.

Estimated delivery timelines

Most domestic orders are delivered within 5–10 business days of dispatch. Timelines may vary based on destination and courier operations.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and are subject to change without prior notice.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS or WhatsApp. Use the tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times before returning a shipment. To ensure successful delivery, please make sure:

  • Your delivery address is accurate and complete.
  • Someone is available to receive the package.
  • Contact details provided during checkout are correct.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation or return to origin.

Delayed deliveries

Delays may occasionally occur due to adverse weather, public holidays, high order volumes, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions or courier partner delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. SKYNT shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

Damaged packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please:

  • Record a video of opening the package.
  • Take clear photographs of the product and packaging damage.
  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, video and images.

Lost shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, SKYNT will work closely with the courier partner to investigate. You may be required to provide additional information. Resolution timelines may vary depending on courier partner policies.
